Properties of our livestock and poultry housingLivestock and poultry houses made by Le Triangle International comply with legal requirements and are environmentally friendly. You can choose amongst the 3 main types of houses: the static (on concrete slab), the mobile (on skids) and the twin house (double house). Each type of building can be adapted to the varying production types including free range and organic, different climatic conditions and other options selected by the customer. Transportation and installationThanks to their simple original concept, Le Triangle International houses are easy and quick to install.
Buildings are carefully flat packed to use the minimum space for transportation. A light and highly resistant structureThe structure of our houses is made of thin profiles of 100% galvanised steel. Le Triangle International pays special attention to the quality of its production, and carefully chooses its materials in order to ensure that buildings will give many years of good service. Optimised roofingOn the outside we use PVC canvas cover. We give a 10-year-guarantee against UV degradation. Several colours are available. The inside is made of polythene cover 150 microns, colour black or white. The insulation consists of kraft coated IBR type fibreglass (thickness 8cm or 16cm). Highly insulated walls and gablesThe walls and gables are composed of sandwich panels with their external and internal faces made from a galvanised steel sheet with a layer of lacquer. As insulation we use high density polyurethane foam injected under high pressure. Finishes are designed to make cleaning easier and to allow maximum insulation. The doors are insulated and our double-glazed windows come with an aluminium frame. A high insulation coefficient guarantees effective insulation with no cold barrier. Geographical zone and climatic conditionsEach area of the world has its own characteristics and that is why Le Triangle International offers a wide range of livestock and poultry housing adapted to suit a variety of climatic conditions and each different project. The length and the width (4 standard widths) can be adapted to suit different requirements as the insulation, equipment, and the colours of the different components of each building (panels and roof cover etc.)... EuropeEurope presents very varied climates depending on countries and seasons, and it is according to these climatic conditions that Le Triangle International adapts its buildings. This adaption involves mainly changes to the structure, by varying the length of bays and the location of the reinforcements to withstand the snow and/or the strong winds, also to the insulation by varying the thicknesse of glass wool and panels in order to deal with the highest temperatures as well as the lowest, and to the ventilation knowing that the European climates require mostly static ventilation (without fans and evaporative cooling). Middle EastThe desert climate of the Middle East countries often raises the question of the resistance of poultry housing to the hot season. Le Triangle International buildings, due to their materials, work very well in this region of the world and give excellent resistance to the sun. The roof cover is guaranteed for 10 years against UV degradation. A combination of good insulation and ventilation allows perfect control of the breeding environment and favour a substantial increase of breeding density, including during the hot season (ext.: 40° / int.: 27°). The structure is mainly designed in long bays, which minimises cost, optimises the investment and therefore the profitability. AfricaOn its whole, Africa offers a hot climate that allows good optimisation of our housings' structure, with long bays (lighter building and therefore less costly). In terms of insulation (glass wool and panels), our standard norm is perfectly adaptable to high temperatures. And for control of humidity rate and room temperature, our buildings adapt a dynamic ventilation system (fans and evaporative cooling) as well as static ventilation. The whole structure can be dismantled easily, in order to be moved. AsiaLe Triangle International livestock and poultry housings are, due to their design, already well adapted to the climate of the different countries of Asia and our standard norm is therefore perfectly suited, especially in terms of insulation (glass wool and panels). The low climatic variations often allow an optimised structure with maximum length of bays and therefore at lower cost. Our buildings are easily adaptable according to different needs, with either dynamic and/or static ventilation. The cover and the panels are proposed in light colours to optimise the sun reflection.
